Turn Asana into a conversation: ask an AI agent to find, create, and update tasks across your projects.
EightOS is an AI agent that works across your business tools. With Asana connected, it finds, creates, and updates tasks and projects for you in plain language, using your own Asana permissions. Ask "What's overdue for my team this week?", "Create tasks from today's meeting notes and assign them", or "Summarize the status of the Q4 launch project", and EightOS does the work in Asana. It also connects Asana with Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, and Google Drive, so an email or Slack thread becomes an Asana task in a single request. Scheduled digests can send you a morning summary of due and overdue tasks. (Note: AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, so please review important changes.)
Go to https://app.eightos.xyz/signup and create an account.
In the chat box, type "Connect to Asana" (or open Integrations → Asana).
Click Connect Asana. A pop-up window will open Asana's authorization screen. Choose your workspace and click Allow.
The integration card status will update to Connected, allowing EightOS to interact with Asana on your behalf.
Try these example prompts:
"Who am I in Asana?"
"Find my incomplete Asana tasks due this week."
"Summarize the status of the project."
"Create a task titled 'Review launch checklist', assigned to me, due Friday."
To disconnect, go to Integrations → Asana → Disconnect. This revokes the token.
EightOS only acts in Asana when the user asks it to, and only within that user's own Asana permissions.
